BZO-03 Fuse Connector
Professional connector for powering lighting fixtures from insulated overhead lines (AsXSn). Equipped with a shear head guaranteeing the perfect tightening torque without the use of a torque wrench.
- Voltage: 230 V
- AsXSn Line: 16-35 mm²
- Torque: 10 Nm (shear)
- Protection: IP 54
Why Choose BZO-03?
Live Working (LLW)
The design enables safe installation under voltage thanks to the complete insulation of the tightening bolt from the live elements.
Shear Head
The correctness of the electrical connection is ensured by a bolt with a shear head. This eliminates installation errors and the need for a torque wrench.
Robust Materials
Body made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide, cover made of polypropylene. Resistance to UV and weather conditions.

Connector Design
Structural Elements:
- Protective cap
- Shear head (metal)
- Conductor contact
- Insulating cover
- Branch conductor clamp
- Fuse-link holder
- Tightening bolt
- Body (polyamide)
- Pressure block
- Rubber grommet
Assembly Instructions
- Unscrew the cover (4).
- Insert the branch conductor through the grommet (10) and connect it to the clamp (5).
- Screw on the cover (4).
- Remove the protective cap (1).
- Unscrew the tightening bolt (7) to allow the contact (3) to grip the conductor.
- Holding the cover (4), place the connector onto the conductor and tighten the bolt (7) until the head shears off (2).
- Replace the protective cap (1).
- Unscrew the cover (4), insert the fuse-link into the holder (6), and screw the housing back on.
Note: Installation should be carried out by qualified personnel with appropriate authorizations.
