SINTUR Company Declaration

SINTUR limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as "SINTUR") has adopted and implements the Code of Conduct of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), which defines standards to ensure safe working conditions, that workers are treated with respect and dignity, and that business operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner.

SINTUR is convinced that by adopting and applying this RBA Code of Conduct (hereinafter referred to as the "Code") within its business operations, it can promote and maintain integrity across all areas of its activities.

In accordance with the principles defined in this Code, SINTUR expects its suppliers to comply with this Code, which establishes standards concerning environmental protection, community relations, ethical conduct, data confidentiality protection, product quality and safety, occupational health and safety, and the management system.

The Code outlines the minimum requirements that all Suppliers cooperating with SINTUR must meet regarding its provisions. Suppliers are obliged to submit to assessments conducted by SINTUR regarding compliance with this Code and to remain prepared for audits, including on-site audits at the supplier's premises, carried out by representatives of SINTUR. In connection with monitoring visits, Suppliers must provide SINTUR representatives with appropriate access to documents confirming compliance with the Code. A violation of this Code by SINTUR's Suppliers may result in the termination of cooperation.

This Code is effective and will be subject to updates as new versions are published by the RBA.
