The Execution of Technological Processes for Product Manufacturing in the Company Involves the Generation of Waste, Emissions of Pollutants Into the Air, as Well as the Occurrence of Hazards at Workstations. Therefore, the Pro-Ecological Activities of SINTUR Are Primarily Focused On:
- Fulfilling compliance obligations regarding all applicable legal and other requirements in this area, including contractual ones, that relate to the environmental aspects of our company,
- Segregating generated waste to ensure its recovery or safe disposal,
- Reducing and preventing the emission of pollutants into the environment,
- Controlling the rational consumption of utilities (water, electricity, fuels),
- Monitoring and preventing the exceedance of permissible pollution indicators (emissions),
- Continuously raising employees' awareness of environmental protection issues,
- Continuously striving to improve the environmental management system in order to enhance the environmental performance of our operations,
- Providing prompt and reliable information to interested parties regarding the Company's environmental impact.

- Continuous improvement of processes and service standards, with a particular focus on occupational safety, environmental protection, technical and technological innovation, and ensuring the quality of manufactured products,
- Modernization of technological equipment to ensure a high technical and qualitative level of manufactured products,

- Modernization and refinement of testing methodologies to ensure proper control over technological processes,
- Establishing and enhancing cooperation with suppliers and customers,
- Conducting rigorous product testing to ensure compliance with requirements, standards, and legal regulations,

- Continuous improvement of actions within occupational health and safety,
- Ensuring the occupational safety of employees,
- Enhancing qualifications of employees through training and participation in occupational health and safety initiatives,
- Consultation and participation of workers and workers' representatives.
The Management of the Company declares the application of appropriate methods and work organization, as well as the provision of resources and means for the effective implementation of this Policy and the further improvement of the Management System.
