Objective of the Privacy Policy

The objective of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as: "Policy") is to indicate the rules and actions within the scope of collection, processing, and protection of personal data collected via our website (www.sintur.com.pl), as well as to indicate the rules for our use of cookies.

With the utmost diligence, we select technical and organizational measures to ensure the highest possible protection for your personal data. In particular, we protect your data against unauthorized access, as well as other instances of its disclosure, loss, or unauthorized modification.

3. Personal data are processed for the purpose of carrying out the quotation process and executing the agreement concluded between SINTUR and you as an employer or principal.
4. Personal data are processed on the basis of agreements concluded with SINTUR, as well as on the basis of the legitimate interest of SINTUR to execute the concluded agreements.
5. The recipients of personal data are employees and associates of SINTUR, as well as other entities with whom an agreement has been concluded allowing for the entrustment of processing or disclosure of data.
6. Personal data contained in accounting documents are stored for the duration of the agreement or, after its termination, for 6 years from the moment of generation. Personal data contained in agreements are stored for the term of the agreement and 6 years after its termination. In the event of claims submitted against SINTUR or claims to which SINTUR is entitled, data are stored until the claims are recovered, the matter is resolved, or until the statute of limitations on the claims expires.
7. The personal data collected by us originate directly from you and from your contractors, principals, and employers. These data include information identifying your identity (first name, surname) and enabling contact with you (email address, business phone number, and in the case of drivers, additionally the number of an identity card, passport, or driver's license).
8. Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide them may result in the inability to execute the agreement concluded with SINTUR.
9. You have the right to request: access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or portability of your personal data, as well as the right to restrict the processing of your personal data and to object to such processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
