Refrigeration / Commercial Freezing Systems
Chest Freezer Evaporators
High-performance tube evaporators utilizing an innovative D-tube profile to maximize contact surface area. A solution dedicated to freezing market leaders (AHT, Elcold, Vestfrost).
- Tube Cross-Section: D-Type (flat contact)
- Max. Dimensions: 1000 x 2500 mm
- Tightness: Helium test (2.5x10⁻⁶ mbar/s)
- Test Pressure: 30 bar (dry nitrogen)
Innovation Serving Low Temperatures
D-Profile Tube
The unique cross-section and production process ensure perfect fitting of the tube to the chamber along its entire length. This guarantees a significantly larger heat exchange surface than round tubes, which directly accelerates freezing and lowers energy costs.
Goose-Neck Bending
Specialized corner forming technology guarantees full flow path patency and no cross-sectional deformation along the entire length of the coil.
Hybrid System Joining
We perform precision integration of evaporators with return tubes (suction lines). Utilizing top-quality aluminum and steel, we ensure perfect compatibility inside the freezing systems.

Rigorous Quality Control
As a supplier to global leaders (AHT, Vestfrost), SINTUR applies inspection processes with the highest sensitivity:
- Pressure test (30 bar): Verification of mechanical strength for every weld and brazed joint.
- Helium leak test: The most sensitive detection method available, eliminating the risk of micro-leaks through years of operation.
- Patency test: Guarantee of proper capillary tube operation and compressor protection against overload.
Production is carried out at specialized workstations utilizing helium recovery, which combines attention to quality with ecology (ISO 14001).
